Before we slipped the boat we could run at about 24 knots at cruise speed
and would burn 60 liters an hour per engine with what I thought was normal
vibration.As you advised my propellers were in pretty good trim when we
sent them to you and I was not looking for any massive gains.
We launched
the boat and did a very brief trial and cruise speed is now a solid 25
knots plus, and fuel burn has now dropped to 59 liters a side per hour.
The biggest difference though was the vibration
had disappeared. The boat ramped up on the plane
without any fuss and after synchronizing the engines
at 2400 RPM the boat was as smooth as silk !! What
a difference Prop Scan makes.
