The Measuring Assemblies
The Prop Scan Measuring Assembly is used to measure a propeller’s pitch and camber. Prop Scan uses optical sensors with a digital output to create measurement files for the Prop Scan Reporting System.

There are two types of Measuring Assemblies
  • Propeller rotation
    (The measuring equipment is stationary and the propeller rotates)

  • Measuring Assembly rotation
    (The propeller is stationary and the Measuring Assembly rotates)

Measuring Assembly features

  • Measures propellers from six inches to two hundred inches in diameter
  • Under water measurement
