| Dear Mr.
Ohman:

I
wanted to take a minute to drop you a note and thank you so
much for the excellent work done on the propellers of the
Hambone III. As you know, I have owned the Hambone III
charter business for about ten years at Canaveral, and with
the number of boats I have owned, I think I have sampled nearly
every propeller service in the state.
I will confess
that at first I was a little reluctant to spend the extra
money on your Prop Scan technology; but, the results were
astounding. You re-did a set of four blade, bronze Hy-Torq propeller
that I had on my 30' Blackwatch. These propellers had been
"tweaked" by another local propeller shop. You
found that one blade on the left wheel had an inch more
pitch thank the other three, and that explained the serious
vibration that we have literally been tearing the boat apart
to try find for some time.
Additionally,
the top speed of the vessel went from 27½ knots to 31½
knots, and it was extremely smooth. I was reluctant; but, I
am now a disciple and should anyone have questions about the
quality of your work, have them call me.
Thank you very much, again, for you excellent work
Sincerely,
RODGER D. HELMS |
